Sweet Stella's Certified Birth and Postpartum Doulas provides unconditional, compassionate and nonjudgmental support for women and their families throughout pregnancy, labour, birth and postpartum. We also host weekly and monthly birth, meditation, pregnancy and postpartum workshops and classes at North Yoga & Wellness, on Sunday afternoons, and peer support groups monthly on Saturday afternoons.
